About Gemelli Employee Benefits
Gemelli are a specialist employee benefits provider offering many benefits on a Salary Sacrifice basis giving savings to both employees and employers.
The Gemelli Team provides you with an efficient, professional and prompt service in a way that suits you best. We set up Schemes for companies of any size, from one employee to thousands. We ensure we handle all the administration required to run our employee benefit schemes so that no added burden is placed in the HR function within companies.
Our Employee Benefits are designed to assist employers in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality employees.
Levels of Service Offered to Employers
We offer a no obligation initial meeting which is free of charge so that we can review your current employee benefits and gain an understanding of your requirements.
We will establish your preferences for running each Scheme you wish to operate and quickly set up tailored Benefit Schemes for your company. We will provide regular updates on the employee take up for each benefit. We offer two levels of service:
Fully Managed Package
Gemelli will handle all the set up, management and administration required with the Schemes.
In summary this includes initial staff surveys and promotion of the Schemes to the employees, Employee Presentations, preparation of Policy Documents for Staff Handbooks and Salary Sacrifice Agreements, notifying HMRC, guiding your employee through the registration process.
We will also ensure for each employee that their Tax Credits are not affected and their hourly rate does not fall below the National Minimum Wage. Additionally we will liaise with Payroll and manage the Scheme on an ongoing basis, providing regular management reports.
Self Administered Schemes
Some of the Schemes can be self-managed and we will prepare and provide you with all the documents, support and advice required, and assist you to set up your own in house Schemes.
You are then left to run the scheme yourself but we will always offer telephone help and support as required.
