An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) helps employers to improve and maintain their employees’ health, well-being and productivity providing the employee with a free, completely confidential telephone support line open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

EAP can also provide support for managers helping them to manage their staff better when an issue occurs. These issues could include disciplinary or grievance situations, performance issues or how to support an employee having trouble at home. The Gemelli Scheme has no minimum numbers.
